Daiana Dajulescu is a Romanian commercial airline pilot driven by discipline, courage, and leadership.

Her mother taught her the power of the mind.
And, as she loves to say, her “adoptive father,” a judge, taught her the importance of making the right decisions, even when they are not the easiest ones.

Those values guide her in the sky and in life.

Before stepping into the cockpit, Daiana built her foundation as a high-performance aerobic gymnast, mastering the discipline of training the mind before the body.

Her aviation journey began at 16, flying gliders and learning the precision, focus, and responsibility that define true aviation excellence.

Today, she holds type ratings on B737 and A320, maintaining elite operational standards through continuous training and simulator checks.

Her story is written in the clouds,
but its lessons shape leaders on the ground. Because every flight is a decision, and every decision defines who we become.

Daiana proudly serves as an Ambassador of Pilot Expo 2026, the largest aviation career event in Europe, dedicated to pilots, airlines, and training institutions.

In this role, she represents the professional values of aviation excellence, knowledge sharing, and global collaboration, while encouraging young aviators to embrace their dream.

She speaks regularly at industry events, educational forums, and mentorship programs, especially focusing on women’s empowerment.
